1. Put the opener's 4-prong base on a flat surface.
2. Seat the switch on the prongs, with its side flaps lined up.
3. Press the stem firmly all the way down, then let go.
4. The switch pops open.

If the switch tilts or only one side opens, close it, seat it again and retry, pressing the center of the stem.
